If you are a successful professional speaker and interested in becoming a speaker for Full Circle NY, we would be pleased to consider you for this wonderful opportunity.
As a speakers bureau we work with large and small corporations, professional associations, trade associations, colleges and universities and civic organizations. We also recommend corporate trainers for "in house" training and consultations. When recommending speakers to our clients we draw upon our network of information, our experience, and our client's needs. We help meeting planners simplify their job by narrowing the choice of speakers, reducing selection time and ensuring the quality of the speaker chosen.
We are constantly seeking out and evaluating new speakers on our customers' behalf. We look for those speakers with an established career, expert credentials in their field, and a professional presentation that is polished and can be customized for various audiences. Our ability to provide speaking platform for a speaker depends primarily on the promotional materials that the speaker provides. With the exception of celebrity status speakers, authors, and other individuals with significant name recognition, our clients depend heavily on a speaker's demo video and promotional packet when making their speaker selection. That is why it is important that your promotional packet be professional, complete with the following items.
- Complete Speaker Profile
- Biography
- Your Availability/Schedule for a keynote, panelist, full day, half day, etc.
- Demo Video of at least 2-4 minutes in length in front of a live audience. Note: Any video clips containing contact information will not be kept on file.
- Photograph on a CD or in JPEG format
- List of Topics/Presentations, along with a brief description or outline of each. List your most popular presentation first.
- Audio Visual Requirements
- List of Past Clients with in the last two years
- Sample of books or products
- Professional One Sheet

What Happens Next?
Once your completed Speaker Profile and materials have been received in our office, it will be previewed by our consultants. Because of the volume of material that we receive from interested speakers, it may be a couple of weeks before your material is reviewed. If we feel like your presentation style, content and experience would benefit our clients we will be happy to add you to our website and speaking roster. Please keep in mind that our speaking roster is comprised of well established professionals with a proven success record in their area of expertise.
Here is how it works:
For $79 (for 5 months- Members will receive a bonus month free for a total of 6 months) Full Circle NY (FCNY) will maintain your bio in its database of "Featured Speakers." Although we cannot guarantee a minimum number of speaking opportunities, and we do not act as the speaker’s representative or agent, FCNY works with our academic, business and organization partners to give speaking opportunities to members of our speakers’ bureau in events hosted by FCNY and others.
For more detailed information please refer to the "Speakers Bureau" portion of the User Agreement. Materials will not be returned and become property of FCNY. Just think of how great it will be to have FCNY promote your on a brand by providing you with speaking opportunity! When an opportunity that is a fit arrives, FCNY will have one of its experienced consultants handle all of the paperwork and our event coordinator will provide you with all the event details.
