This billing service is prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to FCNY or as otherwise set forth in its Privacy Statement and is required to maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with its Privacy Statement. FCNY and all its personnel including but not limited to it's shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants and third parties is not responsible for the actions of this billing service, including any violation of its Privacy Agreement with FCNY or users of the FCNY web site.
